Every October the RBD hosts the biggest Halloween block party in Cincinnati. The RBD is affiliated with the Reading Chamber of Commerce. Membership in the Reading Bridal District, at the full “Wedding Level” membership, automatically includes membership in the Reading Chamber of Commerce.
