Finding ways to add value to your customer’s world is essential. Having a real commitment to your client’s success and caring about them is required and not optional. Bring great value to your customer and you’ll likely have a customer for years to come (not to mention many positive referrals). Treat your customer as a number and you’ll likely not get the chance to call them your customer for long (and get many more negative reviews and comments).
